Bloom Garden Vocational Training Center is a NITA-accredited institution, registered and licensed by TVETA, that provides vocational and employability training to teenagers and young adults with special educational needs. It equips learners with practical, marketable and entrepreneurial skills that facilitate workplace transition, independent living and meaningful participation in the workforce. Through personalized instruction and differentiated teaching approaches, it prepares learners for supported or independent employment opportunities.
Recognising the need for workplace transition, Bloom Garden Schools established Bloom Garden Vocational Training Center to prepare teens and young adults through vocational training.
Its key mission is to equip young adults with skills that can lead to placement in the workplace, either with some support or independently. Training happens in small groups, with a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:3.
